Sleeping Mat:

This is a 3 season, 'self inflating', sleeping mat from Thermarest. It is lightweight and more comfortable than a traditional 'roll mat'. This should help me have a good night's sleep by insulating me from the cold and hard ground that I will be sleeping on!
